Stuck at the 10 mile mark!
Man! I am finding it hard to get beyond the 10 mile mark. After a few miles I keep going by focusing on the people that will be helped by the money I raise. Then, around the 10 mile mark, I am not able to go any more. My knees just don't budge. I need to do more cross-training and more often. I joined the pool and it shut down for 'annual maintenance' There went my cross-training.

Are you eating Gu shots on your runs? When I trained for the full marathon, I found myself really getting low on energy at around the 7-10 mile mark too. But once I started taking Gu shots, I could keep going. You should take one every 45 minutes or so.
